PPF Real Estate has acquired Mansell Overlook, a 654,500-SF office campus in Roswell, Ga. from The Brookdale Group for $142.3 million, CPE reported. The sale marks the first acquisition in the United States for PPF Real Estate, a real estate investor operator in Central and Eastern Europe.
Acquisition financing: The buyer secured an $87.8 million loan from Starwood Capital Group to close the deal.
Property details: Located at 100 & 200 Mansell Court E. as well as 300 & 500 Colonial Center Parkway, the Class A campus is less than 4 miles from Alpharetta, Ga., and 24 miles from downtown Atlanta. The four buildings recently underwent renovations and feature amenities such as walking trails, a 3-acre lake, a fitness center, a conference center, and electric charging stations, CPE noted.
Tenancy: The tenant roster includes local offices of Humana, Berkshire Hathaway, and Imerys.
Brokers: Cushman & Wakefield‘s Samir Idris, David Meline, and Andy Johns represented the seller, while the firm’s Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, and Richard Henry arranged the acquisition financing.
