The ribbon cutting on March 10 was both a grand opening and a homecoming for Earl and Jane Hoag. Longtime owners of The Music Box in the historic district of Olmsted Falls, the Brunswick residents decided to “come home,” opening their shop at 3511 Center Road in the German American Business Center at 3511 Center Road, Suites A-B.
This is one place you find sales and service – yes, service — of radios, record players, tape recorders, organs, Leslie speakers, music boxes, trains, clocks records, tapes and CDs plus replacement parts for record players. It’s definitely a place to find a replacement for that old album you unexpectedly melted.
You might be treated to live music from Earl, who was the longtime organist at First Christian Church and now plays during church services in Medina. His tunes wafted through the building, which has several more new tenants opening soon.
