Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that it has been selected by Great Place to Work® as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Chicago™ for the fifth year in a row. The commercial real estate firm came in at 18th place out of 40 companies recognized across the Chicago metropolitan area.

Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback from over 30,000 employees in the Chicago Metropolitan Statistical Area. In that survey, 92% of Transwestern’s employees said Transwestern is a great place to work. This number is 33 points higher than the average U.S. company.
Transwestern has more than 150 team members across Chicago. Team members have been operating under a rotational, hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule and staying connected via video conferencing tools and virtual events.
